The first of these events will see the return of Tom Straker, star of Straker’s and creator behind the series and products ‘All Things Butter’. Once a protégé in Phil’s kitchen, Tom will join his former mentor for a special one-night collaboration. Together, they will each prepare three courses, blending Tom's rustic, generous approach with Phil’s refined mastery.
