Two culinary legends come together to create some magic in your favourite Belgravia townhouse.

Chef Endo Kazutoshi recently announced the second part of his world tour of "Endo at Rotunda". We are thrilled to welcome Endo to Muse on Wednesday 10th July, where he will continue his tour, stopping in the UK for an exclusive one-night-only collaboration dinner with Tom.

The experience starts with Endo's signature sushi bites which are a collaboration of flavours using some of Toms foraged herbs and plants, creating a fusion of East-meets-West. Other ingredients include wild rose infused olive oil, pickled, salted, and dried cherry blossoms, foraged wild fennel pollen and horseradish.

Guests will continue with a series of new dishes from Muse, where Endo will be adding ingredients and flavours, which we are sure guests will be able to spot.

Expect a highly personal experience that focuses on the interpersonal connection between the host and guest. Like Muse, Endo's courses are all prepared and served directly in front of guests.
