An Evening with Wim Hof: Exposure

  • Barbican Hall Silk Street London, England, EC2Y 8DS United Kingdom (map)

Spend a cool evening with Dutch extreme athlete “The Iceman”, Wim Hof, as he discusses his extraordinary experiences to celebrate the release of his new book, Exposure.

Many know Wim for his 21 world-record-breaking achievements, from swimming underneath ice to running half a marathon above the arctic barefoot. His iconic mindset around cold exposure and breathing methods have inspired millions to change their lives. Yet few have known the true depths of his story.

In this candid and powerful evening, Wim will bare all. Sharing original poetry, reflections, and exclusive images taken by his long-time friend and photographer, Henny Boogert, Wim will share his life lived on ice and snow in a new unflinching light.

You'll get the opportunity to take part in a short breathwork exercise led by Wim himself, and to ask “The Iceman” your own questions.  Don’t miss this chance to hear first-hand from Wim Hof as he shares his insight on how to become a stronger, healthier and happier version of yourself.
